Our Story
ZÓN was founded by Alexandra, inspired by her mother, Ysabel, whose family recipe carries generations of Dominican tradition.
Our roots are in the Dominican Republic, where food was grown from the land, meals were prepared with fresh ingredients, and recipes weren’t simply written down — they were passed from one generation to the next.
At the heart of ZÓN is Mama Ysabel's recipe — a blend shaped by the ingredients, flavors, and traditions she grew up with. Inspired by something so meaningful from her family’s kitchen, Alexandra envisioned a way to carry those traditions forward while creating something that fits the way families cook today.
ZÓN brings those vegetables, herbs, and flavors together in one convenient, all-purpose seasoning.
